🆘 MAJ of the plan of the compensation and the conditions of attainment of IPC rank 🆘

In order to perpetuate the company and support the development of leaders within IPC, the company has chosen for ⏳ January 3, 2022 ⏳ to update the Sponsorship Bonus (Sponsorship Bonus on deposits) as well as to educate leaders and future leaders with even more attractive remunerations according to these position passages that have been reevaluated.

 

Here are the changes:

➡️ Sponsorship Bonus goes for everyone to 5%, passing positions allows to raise it to the 10% we currently know.

✅ Classic Member: 5%.
Leader: 5%.
Supervisor: 6%.
Senior Manager: 7% ✅
Department Manager: 8% ✅
Regional Manager: 9% ✅
Managing Director: 10% ✅
✅ Shareholder Director: 10%.

➡️ Global Bonus, new to the compensation plan, paid monthly for now.

Leaders with the position of Managing Director (MD) and Shareholder Direction (SD) will have access to this compensation plan, which works as a common pool redistributed equally among these different MD and SD leaders.

This common pool grows according to the amounts invested, each direct allows its sponsor to benefit from a minimum of 5% as seen with the modification of the Sponsorship Bonus previously, the difference with the initial 10% (So 5%) are returned to this common pool, with 50% in the SD pool and 50% in the MD pool.

 

Example: A new registrant deposits 10,000 USD, 5% (so 500USD) goes to his sponsor and 500USD into the common pools, with 250USD into the MD pool and 250USD into the SD pool.
Example Part 2: This Common Pool goes up by the end of the month to 1,000,000 USD, there are 25 Managing Director (MD) redistribution to date, so 1000000 / 25 = 40,000 USD, so each Managing Director will get 40k, the same will be done for the SD pool.

✅ Supervisor:

Senior manager:
Self investment $1000

Self investment $10,000
